Tourist visa (valid up to 1 month, single or double entry)

In order to obtain a tourist visa to Russia at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Washington, DC applicants should provide to our Agency the following:

1. A valid, signed passport (no copies), with visas pages available. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the expected departure from Russia.
2. One filled out online visa application form from the web-site of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Should you have any problems filling out the online visa application form you can use our simplified form and we will fill out the necessary form for you. The fee for this service is $20 per application.
3. One passport-size photo.
4. A standard tourist confirmation from a hosting authorized Russian travel agency or a hotel, registered with the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a voucher from your hotel or travel agency in Russia. The confirmation must contain the agency's reference number and registration number. We can provide a confirmation in case you don't have one for a fee of $30.

Note:

• Russian tourist visa applications are accepted only within 90 days of the proposed entry date to Russia. Please apply not earlier than 90 days of the proposed entry date to Russia.
• Applicants born in Russia should provide a proof that they are not Russian citizens (ex: copy of the old USSR passport, copy of the emigrant exit visa to Israel)

Business visa (valid up to 1 year, single, double, multiple entries)

1. A valid, signed passport (no copies), with visas pages available. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the expected departure from Russia.
2. One filled out online visa application form from the web-site of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Should you have any problems filling out the online visa application form you can use our simplified form and we will fill out the necessary form for you. The fee for this service is $20 per application.
3. One passport-size photo.
4. An official letter of invitation from the Russian Ministry of the Interior, its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry, its regional representatives, or any other authorized Russian agency. The letter must contain: official seal and legal address of the agency, document registration number, date of registration, signature and name of an authorized official, travel itinerary, dates of stay, names of persons invited. We can provide a letter of invitation in case you don't have one. Please contact us for the fees and processing time.

Note: According to the new Russian visa regulations, as of October 4, 2007 a multiple entry business visa allows nationals of all countries to stay in Russia up to 90 days out of the period of 180 days.

The fee for this service is $20 per application.
3. One passport-size photo.
4. Original invitation. Your relatives or friends in Russia should obtain a letter of invitation for you from local authorities (OVIR) and send it to your address in the USA.

4. A copy of the passport page with the visa of the country you are going to and from.
5. Copies of the airline tickets.
