TOURIST VISA requirements for U.S Citizens

1. Valid signed passport
2. One (1) visa application form
3. Two (2) passport size photos (on white background)
4. Copy of Drivers license or utility bill (has to match your present address)
5. Copy of the birth certificate
6. Green Card and long term US visa holders: copy of the visa or the Green Card.

BUSINESS VISA requirements for U.S Citizens

5. Copy of the birth certificate
6. Business letter from US company. Include a letter from the parent sponsoring organization in the United States on company letterhead indicating the nature of the applicant's business, probable duration of stay, validity of visa applied for (1 Year, 5 Years or 10 Years), places and organizations to be visited, and a guarantee to meet maintenance expenses.

Persons of Indian Origin applying for a visa for the FIRST time on any US passport must submit their Indian passport or copies of any previous Indian visas in any previous US passport.
