In order to obtain a visa to Armenia please provide the following:

Visitor Visa (up to 5 months)

1. Valid, signed U.S. passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months and contain at least one blank visa page
2. One passport-type photograph
3. One filled out visa application form

Fees:

Single Entry Visitors (120 days) valid for 5 months	$101.00
Multiple Entry Visitors (120) valid for 1 year	$257.00
Single entry transit (3 days)	$64.00
Multiple entry transit (3 days)	$83.00

Return mail: please include a self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

Notes:
For visas exceeding 120 days, please apply to the Passport and Visa Department at the Police Service of Armenia for a Temporary Residence Card (Address – 13 A Mashtots Street, Yerevan, Armenia; Tel. (3741) 53-43-91 or (3741) 52-14-16).
