In order to obtain a visa to Zimbabwe please provide the following:

Tourist Visa

1. Passport, signed and valid at least 6 months beyond the stay
2. 2 Visa Application Forms, completed and signed
3. 2 Passport-type photographs
4. Please specify whether single entry or double entries required

Business Visa

1. Passport, signed and valid at least 6 months beyond the stay
2. 2 Visa Application Forms completed and signed
3. 2 Passport-type photographs
4. Please specify single entry or double entries required
5. A business letter of responsibility to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of Zimbabwe, Visa Section, Washington D.C. The letter must state all of the following:
   The nature of the business to be performed
   The name of the business reference to be visited
   Guarantee sufficient financial support for the visit
   Guarantee return transportation to the USA.
   The business letter should be signed by a company officer other than the applicant.

Fees:
Single Entry Visa per person - $100.00
Double Entry Visa per person - $115.00
Multiple Entry Visa per person - $135.00

Return mail: please include a self-addressed pre-paid envelope or $18 for FedEx delivery.

Note: Visas are valid for 6 months and are effective from date of issue
