In order to obtain a visa to Sao Tome and Principe please provide the following:

Tourist Visa

1. Valid and signed U.S. passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity).
2. 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
3. 1 Passport-type photograph required
4. International certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever

Business Visa

1. Valid and signed U.S. passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity).
2. 1 Visa Application Form, completed and signed
3. 1 Passport-type photographs required
4. International certificate of vaccination for Yellow Fever
5. A business letter of responsibility is required, to be typewritten on company letterhead.

Fees:
$160.00 per visa - tourist, single entry for up to 3 months
$170.00 per visa - tourist, multiple entry for up to 6 months
$180.00 per visa - business, single entry for up to 3 months
$190.00 per visa - business, multiple entry for up to 6 months
