Business Visa

3. A business letter of responsibility to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey, Visa Section, Washington DC. The letter should explain all of the following:
   - The nature of business to be performed
   - Company name and address to be visited in Turkey
   - Guarantee financial responsibility for the applicant, including return transportation to the USA.

In order to obtain a visa to Turkey please provide the following:

1. Valid travel document (passport) (It should be valid at least three months longer than the expiry date of the requested visa),
2. Completed visa application form
3. One passport size photograph of the applicant (It should be affixed on the top left side of the visa application form),
4. Documents supporting the purpose and the conditions of the planned visit (e.g. letter of invitation, travel itinerary, round trip ticket, hotel reservation with payment guarantee etc.),
5. Guarantees regarding means of subsistence,
6. If the person applies from a country other than his/her homeland, then he/she should also submit his/her valid residence permit or any document that proves he/she legally stays in that country.
7. For a business visa, an invitation letter from the counterpart company is also required in addition to the above mentioned documents.
