Requirements:
- A passport valid for at least six (6) months.
- One recent passport-size color photograph with a white background. The
photograph must be full-face view in which the applicant is facing the camera
directly. Side or angled views are NOT accepted.
- A completed visa application form
filled in with black ink pen or printed. Please write your email address
on the application if available.
- A cover letter from the concerned US Department of State or concerned
Embassy specifying the applicant’s name, title, position, and purpose,
and the requested number of entries and duration of trip.
- A copy of the itinerary with detailed flight information at time of entering
and exiting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
