At this time we can assist only residents of these states.

Tourist Visa

1. U.S. Passport (must have at least six months remaining validity).
2. 1 Application form, fully completed and signed .
3. 2 Passport-type photographs.

Business Visa

1. U.S. Passport (must have at least 6 months remaining validity).
2. 1 Application form, fully completed and signed.
3. 2 Passport-type photographs.
4. An invitation from the host organization in Pakistan.
5. Note: Members of the news media must also complete FORM-A.

Fees:
Tourist Visa: $160.00 - Single or Multiple Entries.
Business Visa: $240.00 - Single or Multiple Entries.
