Tourist visa

1. Valid passport (for at least 6 months)
2. Three (3) completed and signed visa application forms
3. Three (3) recent passport-size photos
4. International Vaccination Certificate:
   · Yellow fever is mandatory
   · Cholera is required only if travelling from a neighboring
   country where an outbreak of the disease has been reported.
5. One (1) copy of a letter from the travel agent certifying that round-trip ticket
   has been purchased.
6. One (1) copy of a letter from the bank certifying that the traveller has at least
   $500.00 in his/her savings account. (This applies to travellers who are going by
   road).
