Business Visa

4. A business letter of responsibility (sample) is required, to be typewritten on your company letterhead and addressed to the Embassy of Nepal, Visa Section, Washington DC. The letter must explain all of the following:
   The nature of business to be performed;
   Name and address of reference to be visited
   Guarantee of return transportation and sufficient funds for the visit.
   The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
   

Fees
$70.00 - Single entry, stay up to 60 days
$120.00 - Multiple entry, stay up to 60 days

If re-applying within 150 days of your last visit to Nepal within the same current year the fees are:
$70.00 Per Visa - Single entry, stay up to 30 days
$70.00 Per Visa - Multiple entry, stay up to 30 days
