In order to obtain a visa to Mauritania please provide teh following:

1. Your U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining
2. 2 Visa Application Forms, fully completed and signed . This visa application form is on two pages of white paper measuring 8 1/2 by 11 (letter size) which must be printed or photocopied back-to-back on a single sheet. It should not be enlarged or reduced.
3. 4 Passport-type photographs required
4. International Certificate of Vaccination for Yellow Fever
5. Copy of round trip airline tickets or itinerary, or letter of confirmation from travel agent
6. Copy of recent bank statement or letter of reference from bank.
   

Fees: $100 - Multiple Entries up to 30 days stay
